Inspection Agreement

Thank you for purchasing your vehicle at Hermanson’s Auto Warehouse LTD. Please be aware that you are purchasing a used vehicle. In an effort to keep our prices at an affordable level we will guarantee your vehicle to pass inspection at the time of sale only. (The State of New Hampshire allows 90 days for us to take care of any OBD inspection issues, check engine/emissions)

Inspection includes the following (guidelines followed by the State of New Hampshire)

Brakes

Tires

Exhaust

Lights

Front end (ball joints, tie rods)

Suspension (shocks, struts)

Steering Windshield, mirrors

Working windows, doors, seatbelts

Excludes non NH inspection items

After your initial inspection we can no longer be responsible for the check engine light on your vehicle. We will not be responsible for further parts, labor, or repairs related to the check engine light.

Warranty Agreement

Our In House 30 day warranty covers 50% parts and labor on drive train repairs. (engine and transmission)

This warranty includes the following:

Vehicle not running or starting

Overheating

Clutch or transmission failure

This excludes the following:

Minor oil leaks

Other small defects unrelated to engine or transmission.

All warranty work must be done at Hermanson’s Auto Warehouse LTD to be covered under warranty. Repairs covered under warranty need to be scheduled in. Depending on the type of repairs, this can take a number of days or weeks to fix or schedule to be fixed.

We do not offer loaner vehicles. You are responsible for your own transportation while your vehicle is being repaired.
